Keeping everyone in the loop should be simple. Here’s how it works in TellTell. Start with one directory. Search for Jordan, then open their profile. Their email addresses, tags, and relationships stay together in one place.

On screen: In TellTell’s People directory, search for the fictional person Jordan Lee and open their profile.

Now look at memberships. Jordan can be on the whole-team list and the flight crew, using the same person record. Change a membership here, and save.

On screen: The Memberships view shows Jordan’s groups side by side. Select Flight crew and save the change.

Each group has its own email address. Open Flight crew to see its members, then copy the group address.

In your usual email app, paste that address, add a subject, and write your message. There’s no new inbox for your group to learn. TellTell follows the group’s membership and sender permissions. Members get the email in the inbox they already use. One directory. The right groups. Everyone in the loop.
