Built for you.

Group email.
Not email marketing.

No campaigns, funnels, or second inbox. TellTell helps you organize the people behind the address.

01

Two-way by design

Replies and sender permissions are group controls, not marketing settings.

02

Privacy-minded

TellTell keeps subjects and delivery details, without a permanent archive of message bodies or attachments.

03

No member accounts

Members simply receive email. There is no new app for them to check.

TellTell FAQs

Before you start.

Can TellTell restrict who can email the group?

Yes. By default, TellTell only allows admins, owners, and authorized managers of a team to message its groups.

Do I need a new inbox?

No. Organizers manage people, groups, and addresses in TellTell. Messages are sent from the email client you already use.

Do members need an account?

No. They just receive email at the addresses you already have for them.

Can one person belong to several groups?

Yes. Add a person once, then include them in every team, committee, parent, coach, or event group that fits.

Can I manage related teams together?

Yes. One account can run related teams with their own group addresses and a shared people directory.

Is TellTell an email-marketing tool?

No. TellTell is built for two-way group communication, not campaigns, newsletters, audience analytics, or promotional automation.

Does TellTell store every conversation?

TellTell keeps message subjects and delivery details so you can see what happened. It does not keep a permanent archive of message bodies or attachments.
