Pricing FAQs

What counts as a person?

One person in your directory. They can have several email addresses and sit in many groups. That is still one person.

What is a delivery?

One selected email address getting one group message. A message delivered to 80 addresses uses 80 deliveries. With one active address per person, every plan includes at least 20 full-roster messages each month.

What group email addresses are included?

Every plan includes TellTell-managed group email addresses that organizers can use from their normal email client.

Are there per-message limits?

Yes. A message can select up to 20,000 recipients and include up to 10 MiB of attachments. TellTell rejects larger attachments instead of replacing them with download links. Each delivered copy still counts toward the plan’s monthly delivery allowance.

Why is a credit card required?

A card is required to send email. That keeps throwaway abuse from hurting delivery for everyone on TellTell. You can still create teams, groups, and import people first.

Can I change plans?

Upgrades can start right away. Moving down or changing monthly to yearly waits until the current period ends.
