One account. One directory. Separate group emails.

Multiple teams can share one account and one people directory, with their own group emails.

  • A distinct address for each team
  • One people directory for all teams
  • No sending emails with BCC, and Spreadsheets.
01

Send from your current inbox.

Send practice changes or tournament details from Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or a school inbox. TellTell handles forwarding the message out to everyone behind the group address.

02

Support multiple emails.

Keep school and personal addresses on one person record, then use the right address for each group.

03

The address stays familiar.

Remove graduates, add new families, and change coaches in the directory. The familiar team and group addresses keep working.

School FAQs

Before you move the roster.

TellTell keeps the membership organized while everyone else keeps using email the way they already do.

Do students, parents, and coaches need a TellTell account?

No. Members receive and reply in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, a school inbox, or any normal email client. Only the organizers who manage the roster need TellTell access.

Can one person belong to several school groups?

Yes. Add a person once, then include them in every team, parent, coach, event, or committee group that fits. Their membership stays visible in one directory.

Can related middle-school and high-school teams stay separate?

Yes. Related teams can have their own addresses and organizer access while sharing parents, coaches, and other people through one account directory.

Can TellTell restrict who can email the group?

Yes. By default, TellTell only allows admins, owners, and authorized managers of a team to message its groups.

How much does a school club cost?

Starter is $89 per year for up to 250 people, one team, and 5,000 monthly deliveries. Plus is $149 per year for up to 500 people, three related teams, and 15,000 monthly deliveries.
