Admins, Managers, and team access
Understand account-wide Admin authority, team-scoped Manager access, and the last-Admin safeguard.
Choose the smallest useful role
- Admin: account-wide control of People, teams, groups, users, settings, and Stripe billing. Multiple Admins may coexist, and there is no higher Owner role.
- Manager: access only to explicitly assigned teams and the people and groups reachable through those teams.

Managers receive explicit team assignments; Admins do not need a team list because their access is account-wide.

What team scope changes
- Managers can maintain groups and memberships inside assigned teams.
- Managers can see people reached through those teams but cannot globally edit or remove account-wide identities.
- Managers can view safe plan usage but cannot change the plan, payment method, billing information, invoices, users, or account-wide settings.
