Message, recipient, attachment, and account limits
Plan message size, selected recipients, email variables, monthly deliveries, and group mail data.
Per-message limits
- Message and attachments: 10 MiB total after the complete email is assembled.
- Selected recipient addresses: up to 20,000 on one message. Skipped addresses do not count toward this limit.
- Email variables: up to 25 supported variable occurrences in one message.
Messages keeps a durable operational record of what TellTell accepted and what happened next.

Account and plan limits
- Starter: 5,000 selected deliveries and 2 GiB of group mail data per month.
- Plus: 15,000 selected deliveries and 4 GiB per month.
- Pro: 40,000 selected deliveries and 10 GiB per month.
- Scale: 80,000 selected deliveries and 20 GiB per month.
TellTell also applies short-term account and group safety caps to protect deliverability and prevent abuse. When one applies, the rejection explains the limit and any retry guidance.
