Plans, trials, and when a payment method is required
Prepare an account, choose current plan limits, and understand the card-backed 30-day trial.
Prepare before starting the trial
A new account may prepare People, teams, and groups before selecting a plan. Group mail remains blocked until an Admin chooses a plan and completes Stripe Checkout.
Choose a plan and interval
- Open Account, then Plan
Choose Start 30-day free trial on a new account or Change plan on an active account.
- Compare current limits
Check people, monthly deliveries, monthly data, and teams. Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
- Complete secure Checkout
Stripe collects the payment method and billing address. TellTell waits for canonical Stripe confirmation before granting the subscription state.
How the trial behaves
- The account receives one 30-day trial window. Checkout retries and plan changes do not start it again.
- The chosen plan's normal limits apply during the trial.
- A plan or interval change during the trial takes effect immediately without proration and keeps the original trial end date.
- Billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless the account is closed first.
